VIEWINGS
Syermi puppies will always be able to be viewed with their mother and where appropriate their siblings. We have to be very strict with people viewing our precious babies so it is imperative that you adhere to our rules when visiting our home.

-
YOU MUST NOT VIEW ANY OTHER PUPPIES BEFORE COMING TO OUR HOME, this is to reduce the risk of bringing any illnesses into our home. Not everyone is as stringent with their cleaning as I am.
-
You WILL be asked to sanitise your hands with antibactierial gel.
-
You WILL NOT be allowed to bring other pets on to my property.
-
You must not bring extended family and friend groups to view the puppies. 2 people is usually quite sufficient. We advise against bringing children, as they always fall in love with the pups and we have had occasions where the children have become too excitable and a danger to the small pups.
-
Puppies are not to be held in the air, nor are you to walk around with them in your arms.
-
Puppies MUST not be allowed to run around on the furniture, as they can easily fall of and hurt themselves.
-
Children are not to run around with the puppies, and must only hold them whilst sitting on the floor.
-
If you fail to adhere to our guidance, you may be refused a puppy. Our rules are made to protect the safety and well being of our babies.

Viewings are booked in for a maximum of 1 hour, which is plenty long enough for our girls and their pups. Should you arrive late for your viewing it may not be possible to give you the full hour as the pups and mums need a rest period between each visit. Saturdays and Sundays are usually our busiest days. so these days get booked up very quickly.

I rarely offer evening viewings as we have a family, and are pretty busy with meal times and our children. However, we try to be as flexible as we can.
If you want to reserve a specific puppy prior to viewing, or are unable to view due to travelling distance, this can be done by bank transfer, a copy of our Puppy Deposit agreement will be emailed to you and once signed and returned your receipt will be emailed to you.

I reserve the right, at any time to void the transaction and refund your deposit. This would only be in exceptional circumstances, but the welfare of my puppies is of the utmost importance to me.

Very rarely are our puppies viewed and purchased on the same day, but if this were to be the case, £150 of the total paid will be classed as a deposit and therefore non refundable. Deposits will only ever be refunded in the case of a health issue diagnosed prior to collection by my vet or upon your own vets health check which as per our contract you will have 72 hours in which to have your puppy checked by your own vet, this excludes any accident or injury that may occur whilst in your care.
