PUPPIES
My puppies are priced to reflect their health status, their temperament, my Local Authority licensing and the Puppy Culture Programme I use to raise the puppies, the time, and effort I put in to raising them. The costs of these are increasing and ongoing.
Due to the overbreeding of puppies by unlicensed and unregistered persons during the covid pandemic, we decided we would take a break and not have any further litters. We took some time out between 2022 & 2023 and reassessed the situation. With the now cost of living crisis. everything is costing a lot more, and there are many puppies finding themselves in shelters because owners cannot afford the costs. As we only want the best homes for our puppies, it is only right during this period that we only have an occasional litter, when we want to keep a puppy back for showing.
We will no longer keep a waiting list for puppies, as not only is it time consuming, often people will join multiple lists, and have a puppy before I have a girl mated. So as of 2026, we will only open a waiting list once I have a pregnancy confirmed. Spaces on that waiting list will then be charged at £50, which is taken off the price of the puppy. This is to avoid me wasting time on lists and people who are not committed to one of our puppies.
The breeding age of a Kennel Club Registered dog is between 1 & 8 Years, and a girl can have up to 4 litters. We do not breed our girls before they are 2.
At this current time we have 4 girls of breeding age, 1 puppy and 4 retired girls who will live out their days here with us.
